Advertising (future): We may in future display advertisements within the app using third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. If enabled, these services may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. We will update this policy and request your consent before any advertising is introduced.
Email Marketing (future): We may in future send marketing communications using third-party email platforms such as Mailchimp. You will only receive marketing emails if you have explicitly opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
The App may in future display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party advertisements or the products and services advertised. Your interaction with any advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.
Where you have opted in to receive marketing communications, we may send you emails about app updates, golf-related content, promotions, or partner offers relevant to your stated interests. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
We may also send you non-marketing service communications (such as account verification, security alerts, or important changes to these Terms), which are necessary for the operation of your account and cannot be opted out of.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall continue to apply.

"App" means the Golf Weather mobile application, including all updates, upgrades, and new versions.
"Licensor" / "We" / "Us" means the developer and operator of Golf Weather.
"You" / "User" means the individual who downloads, installs, or uses the App.
"Device" means the iPhone, iPad, or other Apple device on which you install the App.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
This licence does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

The App and all content, features, functionality, designs, and branding are and remain the exclusive property of Golf Weather and its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App. All rights not expressly granted under this EULA are reserved.
The App provides weather information sourced from Apple WeatherKit and potentially other third-party data providers. You acknowledge that:
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy, including your name, email address, date of birth, location data, and golf profile information.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
The App may in future display third-party advertisements. By agreeing to this EULA, you acknowledge that advertisements may be incorporated into the App and that we may introduce advertising features in updates without requiring a new EULA agreement, provided we update our Privacy Policy accordingly.
We may from time to time issue updates, patches, or new versions of the App. These may be downloaded and installed automatically or may require your action. You agree that we may update the App without additional notice to you. We are not obligated to provide any updates or to continue to support or maintain the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any weather data, information, or content provided through the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate your licence at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
You may terminate this EULA at any time by deleting the App from your device and, if applicable, deleting your account.
Termination does not limit any of our other rights or remedies at law or in equity. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law shall survive termination.
This EULA is between you and the Licensor only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. The following additional terms apply to your use of the App as downloaded from the Apple App Store:
